With a focus on fortified gummy development, she is passionate about sharing her expertise by supporting ingredient manufacturers and retail brands of all sizes to create market-driven finished products. Crystal is a versatile professional with a wealth of industry expertise. She has served as a Registered Dietitian at the prestigious University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where she gained invaluable experience in a clinical environment. Additionally, Crystal has played a pivotal role in product development, providing support and leadership to various organizations. Her impressive track record includes spearheading commercialization and development initiatives for companies such as Applied Nutrition LLC, PLT Health Solutions, Kappa BioScience, and Ajinomoto Co. Inc. After completing her studies in nutrition and biochemistry, Crystal saw an opportunity to improve health by bridging the gap between scientifically-backed research and everyday nutrition.  Driven by curiosity and a love for innovation, Crystal embarked on a new path designed to solve common manufacturing and commercialization challenges which led her to create FIG, Formulation Innovations Group. Dr. Ramsey Kilani brings over two decades of early-stage business experience and an extensive background in clinical medicine, commercial laboratory operations, and life sciences research and development to FIG, Formulation Innovations Group. With his rare blend of clinical and executive expertise, Dr. Kilani is well-suited to drive innovation and growth at FIG, enabling it to create cutting-edge gummy formulations that meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Having attended the University of Arizona, Northwestern University, and Duke University in his education and training, Dr. Kilani subsequently served as a faculty member at Duke University. He has published numerous publications in medical and scientific literature and has served on committees in national healthcare organizations. His leadership experience and commitment to advancing healthcare makes him an invaluable asset in revolutionizing the gummy formulations industry as it continues to expand in scope.

With more than 15 years of experience as a leader in the medical foods and nutraceutical industry, Jeremy Holt brings a deep knowledge of the business to FIG, Formulation Innovations Group, with particular expertise in new product development, practitioner training and education. Jeremy's contributions to the field have been significant, notably serving as a Director at Ajinomoto Co, Inc., where he played a key role in innovation and the successful launch of numerous new products. Driven by a true passion for the nutraceutical industry, Jeremy is also the Principle of Holt Consulting LLC, a strategy and operations consulting firm highly sought for its intimate knowledge of the industry and market.
